Topic : 1.3 Number Sequence.

Content Standard/ 1.3.1 Count in ones up to tens, hundreds and thousands in ascending and

Objectives : By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to count in 5 numbers from tens up to hundreds and
thousands in ascending and descending order.

1. Pupils solve approximately 5 questions of ascending and descending order in ‘flying mat’. collaboration
2. Pupils arrange approximately 5 questions of ascending and descending order using flash cards. /Bubble Map)
3. Pupils complete approximately 5 questions of any number sequence in online game.

Set Induction (5 1. 4 pupils hold flash cards (height) and stand in front class. T.A : Flash

Activity 1 ( 15 minutes) 1. Pupils watch a video in Youtube. T.A : Video.
( Collaboration) 2. Teacher explains student on count on and count back in tens, hundreds Worksheet
and thousands.
3. Encourage pupils to ask questions in between.
4. Next, every group will receive a worksheet.
5. Within, 5 minutes the group has to answer the worksheet in ’Flying mat
method’.
6. Pupil’s answering duration will be controlled by teacher.
7. First group that has answered correctly will be rewarded.
Activity 2 ( 10 minutes) 1. Each group will receive an envelope contains of number cards and a T.A : Envelope,
(Collaboration and marker pen number cards,
Communication) 2. One number card will be blank, pupils has to write the number to marker pen
complete the sequence. PERFORMANCE
3. Pupils have to arrange the numbers in order. STANDARD :4&5
4. When their group is called out in front, they have to arrange in the
order other groups ask them to do.
5. This step will be repeated to all groups.
Activity 3 ( 10 minutes) 1. Pupils answer questions shown in Online Game (Caterpillar). T.A : Online
(Communication) 2. Pupils will be picked randomly to answer the question. Game
3. Pupil will check answers with teachers help in class.
