SUBJECT AIM
 This course aims to impart skills to students for managing people through understanding
of self and interpersonal relationships.
 It aims to help the students understand individual and group behavior in an organizational
setting to develop leadership skills.

Analysis of a case study on personality, Students are expected to understand a real life
perception or conflict. situation to prepare an OB based problem
statement. Then they may present possible
Brief 2 solutions to the problem after consulting
Role play which exhibits students experts and other stakeholders who can help in
understanding of topics covered in the course analysis and solution generation to the problem
along with the practical application of the Brief 2
concepts that they present.
Students can go through at least 3 research
papers on the topics like leadership, conflict,

motivation or from HR practices. They can

Students will be given a case and they will be
expected to present creative solutions to the
problem described in the case.
