STRONG POINT: She improve her reading skills now at least she can read 3 letter words and
(the, in, an, a and on) she can also read the sentences in the book slowly. And I can get her
attention easily. She can easily remember the picture rather than the words itself.

WEAK POINT: Distracted with the things around her, she can remember the picture easily
than the words.

ACHIEVEMENTS: she can read the sentences in the book.

TEACHING PLAN: continue what I`m doing, I let her watch some kiddie videos that will
familiarize her with the letters and easy words. I adjust with her own pace, since she is a
beginner I know it`s hard for her to adopt everyday a new words so I repeat and repeat the
words every day to her.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adjust to her coping pace; she is a beginner so I make sure that every word I taught she will
remember up to the next day. We repeat the word up to the next days. I let her to loosen up
whenever I felt that she is already having a hard time. Always use Google Translate for her
understanding.

STRONG POINT:She is willing to learn and she is so attentive, she also knows how to ask
question for some words that she can`t understand, she can work by herself.

WEAK POINT: Distracted with her surrounding, sometimes ignoring my words, sometimes she
dominate our class and I ended up adjusting on her will.

ACHIEVEMENTS: Improving in making sentences and make her familiarize with a lot of words.

TEACHING PLAN:I`m planning to adjust to her own pace so she can be comfortable to me
while learning since I already get her trust we have a little chit chat every class so she can
improve her communication skills and to practice her English.

RECOMMENDATION:
Ask her 5 words that she learn that day, talk to her so she can practice more. I will focus more
on her sentences. Always use google translate so for her understanding.

WEAK POINT: sometimes he is having a difficulty in making sentences.

TEACHING PLAN:Continue what we are doing explaining to him the words he can`t
understands, asking him to give me words the he learned or remember for our past lesson,
slowly teach him to make a better sentences and slowly introduce to him the basic grammar.

RECOMMENDATION:
Ask her 5 words that he learn that day, talk to her so she can practice more. I will focus more

kind and active in class.

WEAK POINT:actually I can`t see any weak point for Thom, I guess about the grammar but of
course he is still learning.

STRONG POINT:Good listener his answering me by typing and sending to me his answer

WEAK POINT:He`s not responding, he`s not speaking

ACHIEVEMENTS: At least his answering if I`m asking him about words that he learned during
that day using type and send to me.

TEACHING PLAN:Continue what I`m doing explaining to him the words and sentences, asking
him to give me words that he learned or remember for our past lesson. Slowly encourage him
to speak.
RECOMMENDATION:
Try to help him to speak at least read the story in the book, be patient with him so he can`t
feel the pressure and adjust to his own pace so he can be comfortable to me while learning
and encourage him to speak. Continue using Google Translate it helps us for better
communication and for him to understand me clearly.
