b) Richard dan Azman masing-masing mendapat tiga ekor ikan tilapia daripada kawan
sekelas mereka. Mereka menggunakan air sungai yang berhampiran kawasan rumah
masing-masing untuk memelihara ikan-ikan itu. Rumah Richard terletak di kawasan
industri pembuatan bateri manakala rumah Azman terletak di kawasan bukit. Selepas
tiga minggu, didapati ketiga-tiga ekor ikan Richard mati manakala ikan-ikan Azman
masih hidup.
Richard and Azman each got three tilapia fish from their classmate. The use river
water near their homes to keep the fish. Richard’s house is located in the battery
manufacturing industry while Azman’s house is located in the hills. After three weeks,
all three of Richard’s fish were found dead while Azman’s fish still alive.

6. (a) Lee Ming Ho mendapati susu yang ditinggalkan di atas meja menjadi masam dan
berketul selepas dibiarkan selama dua hari di biliknya. Graf di bawah menunjukkan
perubahan nilai pH susu tersebut melawan masa berdasarkan ramalan yang dibuat
oleh Lee Ming Ho.
Lee Ming Ho found that the milk left fot two days on the table in his room became
sour and lumpy. The graph below shows the change in pH value of milk against time
based on the prediction made by Lee Ming Ho.

(b) Lee Ming Ho dan keluarga melawat Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS) yang
menghasilkan jeruk mangga di pulau tersebut. Cuka digunakan sebagai bahan utama
dalam penghasilan jeruk mangga tersebut. Dengan menggunakan alasan yang
munasabah, wajarkan penggunaan cuka tersebut dan kesannya.
Lee Ming Ho and his family visited the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) which
produce pickled mangoes on the island. Vinegar is used as the main ingredient in
producing pickled mangoes. By using suitable reasons, justify the use of the vinegar
and its effect.
