IV. RATIONALE
 Everybody aims for a clean environment, for a beautiful environment. As a
responsible participant of the implementation of Drug Clearing Program and as a
member of the community in general, it is to take part in the environment
protection awareness. We aspire to give inspiration with others to come up with
the same program to maintain a clean and green environment.

V. OBJECTIVE
 The purpose of this activity is to engage the Drug Surrenderers, Barangay
Officials and employees in a clean-up event. They will be asked and reflect on the
activity by creating a heightened awareness of community based environment
issues and how everyone should be stewards of the earth.
