Procedure for calibration of ink key ducts:

1. In home screen of EPC1 (master console) select ‘Utility’ screen.

2. Select ‘config’ screen.
3. Go to press config screen.
4. Select ‘previous selection’
5. Deselect the units to be caliberated from group1. One or more number of units
can be deselected and it will go out of production mode.
6. Go to maintenance config in menu bar.
7. The deselected units can be selected for maintenance mode. Console1 or console2
selection decides from which EPC the calibration is to be done. Press apply
button after selecting (pink color) units.
8. Go to calibration screen. The ducts of selected units will be displayed here.
9. Keep all the keys of selected duct in minimum position (by manual) and give
minimum position calibration.
10. Also keep all the keys of selected duct in maximum position and give maximum
position calibration.
11. To avoid steps 8 and 9, restore factory setting can also be given.
12. Calibration is to be done for individual ducts.
13. After completion, go to press config and include the unit for production.
14. The user name and password for all the screens are default (1 and 1).
15. Ensure the proper opening of ink keys after giving caliberation.
