SimotionD-435-2 in STOPU operating state

On 04/05/15 after a power failure when machine power was switched on after power

resumption, The Simotion-D435-2 controller in Tower-1 shaftless panel is found in the

below state,
The normal state should be,
The Simotion–D435-2 controller was taken online through Internet explorer (Simotion

IT-Diagnostics).

The IP of laptop should be: 192.168.0.100.

IP of Tower Simotion-D435-2 is 192.168.0.3.
On typing the IP address in IE address bar, we will get access to Simotion controller.

On selecting settings option (in LHS options) it will prompt for User name and password

User name: SIMOTION

Password: SIMOTION
The operating state screen will be displayed. The below is the screen of normal operating

state of a Simotion-D controller.

On error condition the operating state of the controller was STOPU (left indication in

amber color) - SimotionD435-2 is not processing a User program.

Now we set the controller to STOP (left indication in amber), then selected RUN (left

indication green)

Now the LED display of the Simotion-D435-2 changed to normal condition

and the main contactor got on. Previously in error state the main contactor is in off

condition

Operation of Tower-1 unit checked and found to be normal.
