Works to be done at Seetammadhara

1. Tightness checking and inside cleaning of all panels.Naming HT/LT sides of transformer.11KV
danger board to be placed near Metering device also. Now available near HG fuses.
2. Spare marked SFUs in ON condition to be named of where it is supplying.
3. 400A MCCB locking mechanism checking.
4. CO2 extinguisher opposite to Mr. Satish to be fixed in wall using hook available in Press in
charge cabin.
5. Moisture under rubber mats to be cleared regularly.
6. Left over lightning arrestor cable to be wound neatly, removed copper strip to be given for
scrap.
7. Incoming and Outgoing marking at 250KVA panel.
8. Naming of A/C outdoor units.
9. Circuit list for D.B.s.
10. Earthing for U.P.S. server racks, Utility pumps.
11. Neat taping for open wires.
12. Fixing of water type extinguisher at Process room (now storage of Papers, files).
13. AAA size battery for thermohygrometer in U.P.S room.
14. Body earthing of all A/C outdoor units.
15. AD R.G.M room A/C O.D.U wiring open to be closed.
16. Proper routing of A.C. drain cables.
17. Coconut leaf fell on cable to be removed and proper routing to be planned(back side).
18. Electrical scraps segregation.
19. Fire extinguisher numbering and old extinguishers scrapping.
20. UPS SFU name change in 50KVA change over switch, A D.B. without name to be traced and
named.
21. 21.Package A.C indoor units wings to be made neat with help of Mr.Prabhakar.Holes
covering with mesh, cable entry holes covering permanently.
22. To cover with metal sheet, window opposite to 250KVA alternator.
23. To keep 50KVA genset room free from inflammable materials.
24. Scrapping of faulty Window A.C in conference room.
25. To cover the wires below the radiator coolant pipe of 250KVA genset with braided hose to
avoid contact with leaking coolant.
26. Broken switch board in lift room to be made ready.
27. Clearing of name board fallen materials.
28. Numbering of street lights,working lights details, numbering in DBs,Condition of
wiring,MCBs.
