S No CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN/IMPLEMENTED

1 Electrical Safety:
During the inspection it was noticed electrical cables were lying on the floor creating
slip/trip hazard. The electrical leads for a power tool was found damaged.

Action taken:

The power tool electrical lead was removed from site, and the lead issues were rectified.
The equipment was checked and colour coded. The exposed cables were protected to
avoid trip hazards

2 Scaffolding Safety:
During the inspection it was noticed that the scaffolding was not inspected regularly and
the platforms were not boarded for safe work . There was no provision f toe board either

Action taken:
 The scaffolding was regularly inspected and the tag was updated accordingly. The
scaffolding was boarded completely and the toe boards were provided.
3 Unwanted materials :
During the inspection it was noticed that the materials were not disposed regularly and
the site was getting congested

Action taken:
The site was cleared off in batches and the waste materials were disposed of in order to
create access and egress
