COURSE INFORMATION
1. Course Number : LEA 25
2. Course Name : Police Personnel and Records Management
3. Course Description : This course includes the study of police personnel management functions
from recruitment to retirement; the application of NAPOLCOM and PNP rules
and regulations; police records management; and preparation of police
personnel reports.
4. Pre-requisite : Lea 24
5. Co-requisite : None
6. Credit : 3.0 units
7. Class schedule : 6 hours per week
8. Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of BS in Criminology:
Within five years after graduation, the BS in Criminology graduates are expected to:
1. Demonstrate technical and professional expertise in crime prevention, law enforcement, scientific crime detection and correctional
administration and public relation.
2. Occupy a leadership position in the practice of the criminal justice profession.
3. Proactive professionals serving their fellowmen, community and country with values of leadership, integrity and accountability.

b. A validated student identification card must always by worn be all students while
attending classes.
c. Cheating is strictly prohibited. Any form of dishonesty shall be dealt with accordingly.
Honesty is called for at all times.
d. Valid examination permits are necessary in taking the examinations as scheduled.
