• All the information for all Employees will be present here.


• Certain set of information can be edited by the employees directly while some information will require approval
from regional HR team

• Information that requires approval from regional HR team will be viewed by employee one day after approval
• Regional HR will be able to edit/approve all information for employees for their own region

Home page – Once a user logs in to the HRIS portal it takes user to the Home page of HRIS on Web

Home Page on Web portal contains cards for various modules such as Leave, Attendance, Profile,Announcement, Events
(Birthdays, New Joiners, Work Anniversary etc.) and Upcoming holidays and various others which are user specific

Cards can be flipped to see details on the reverse of each card by clicking on “Flip for Details” or card specific text given at the
bottom of card

Top right section on the homepage contains Photo thumbnail, Task details, Quick links to access important links hosted by the
Organization, Password change, logout functionality

Areas on Right Side section–


Photo thumbnail – Employee can upload his/her photo by editing Basic details of My details section on HRIS module
and the uploaded photo appears on photo thumbnail, uploaded photo also appears on mobile app as well
Tasks – All pending tasks segregated in various categories as per their module appears here, active pending tasks are
highlighted by a number icon on the Tasks section and by clicking on the task employee can open the task page directly
Quick Links – This section holds useful documents/domain links which can be accessed by clicking on the link given.
Downloads – All downloaded reports appears here for managers to access them later
More – This section holds a quick link to access my details, password change option and logout functionality

My Profile consists of the Employee Information present in the system.

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Modules holds individual employee’s basic information about self,
family/dependent details, employment details, education, Bank, ID & Lifecycle details etc.

Two Sections:
• Self Service: Individual User to view & update/change details
• Manager Self Service: Manager/HR User to review and accept changes submitted by employees

History of any changes made in HRIS can be accessed by clicking on History Tab on various tabs of
HRIS section

Employee has view rights to see position details. Contact your HR team for any discrepancy in data.

Caution: If you are not able to mark your attendance on system please check if your work site is updated properly

Contact Details – It contains address details i.e. Permanent & Present Address and emergency contact details

Family Details
Details of family members and dependents are captured here such as Father, Mother, Spouse, Children etc. Details
populated here will be used in Nomination section.

Fill all the required details here and add record by clicking Add button, Click on Submit to finally submit the data in HRIS records

Bank details of an employee is maintained here, Modification of bank details is not allowed

• Tab Position Details can only be viewed by the Employee any changes in this Tab can only be done by the HR Manager

Manager Self Service section gives access of Employee List to Reporting Managers. They can only view the details of Team members

HRIS Tasks Pending tasks on HR Manager's account can be viewed under HRIS tasks section.
All the actions performed by an employee on HRIS module where HR Manager’s
approval is required flows in this section. HR Manager can see the details of a
particular task by clicking on Task Code.

Action on Pending HRIS Task
Once Task code is clicked for detailed view, a view similar to below opens; basis the nature of pending task. Here HR manager can take
actions such as approval/rejection of HRIS update request, along with the comments for employee to refer

Employee HRIS Data access
“Employee list” gives access of HRIS data of employees who are assigned to HR Manager

Reports generated in HRIS Reports sections are available here to
view, Periodically generated reports also appear here for

Organization Chart Organization chart shows the team structure of a Reporting Manager. Reporting
Manager has the functionality to see the reporting of all his direct reportees and
their team structure till last individual. By clicking on the name of the employee in
the structure, team structure of selected employee appears on screen. This can
be further drilled down till individual role in the team.
