Greetings!

Based on the session that we had today Nov. 27, 2020 at OSA office headed by Doc. Alejandro L. Ladeza
with Ma’am Jennifer Dela Cuesta and with (3) ASEC Representatives, this letter is a proposal to have a
Christmas activity which will be held on December 16, 2020. We will not be having our Christmas party
program but instead we are offering this kind of celebration through live streaming online. The said
activities are follows:
1. Vocal Solo (by Dept.)
2. Caroling (5-6 participants by Dept.)
3. Dance Contest (6-8 participants by Dept.)
4. Raffle, the prizes are:
a. Load P50
b. Headset
c. Cellphone stand
d. Ring light
e. Laptop table
f. Major prize prepaid wifi
5. Logo Making Contest for Arriesgado Student Executive Council (ASEC)
We are also requesting to utilize the AVR for the video recording and for the following materials needed:

 Projector set
 Sound system
 Microphone
 And others
