Analysis: The website has approx. 195 pages and there are only 8 pages/content which are
disallowed for crawling purpose. Thus, there are no issues in terms of this portion of the
audit.

Analysis: The sitemap comprises of all the three aspects i.e. ‘Last Modified’, ‘Priority’ and
‘Change Frequency’. In case the change frequency has been mentioned, adding the last
modified date only creates unnecessary trouble and hence it must be removed because the
despite stating the change frequency to ‘daily’, it is not modified every-day. This simply
increases the crawl budget and reduce the page rankings. Thus, it is recommended to only
keep the priority number and the change frequency for effective crawling and indexing.

HomePage Analysis

Vertical Search is being implemented as different types of results are shown. The brand
website appears at the top of the search result page. The Title Tag is optimized properly but
the meta description is exceeding the word limit. The suggestions are attached in the excel
sheet. Also, the URL is also properly optimized with the right number of keywords.

There is no distinctive H1 in the homepage of the website. Instead a strip with the brand
name is fixed with all the internal links which is found on every page. The home page
comprises of a carousel of different features of the vehicles and more details of the website.
They also have a clickable link but no text is proper enough as H1.
The page has a lot of H2 headings where every corner is taking to another page. The brand
can incorporate a proper brief of the brand on the homepage to give the readers a glimpse of
the company. The content is attached in the excel sheet.

The 2 other webpages chosen were selected by using site: and the reviews are as follows:

It has been observed that the Title Tag and the meta description are exceeding the character
limit, thus the content has been modified since both contribute to the ranking factor and the
visibility factor. The URLs are properly optimized of the website and the content and

headlines are written keeping SEO guidelines in mind. Still, a few changes have been made
to make it more efficient.

Based on the reports from GTMetrix and Google Page Speed Insights, the changed required

The load time was 10.6 seconds, which should ideally lie between 2-3 seconds, and due to
various other factors like minimize redirect, optimize images, leverage browser caching, the
website can improve its load time speed.

Mobile Responsive Check
The website is overall mobile friendly, but it couldn’t be loaded completely due to some
issues in 28 resources. While some of the links have been blocked by robots.txt, lot of images
being huge in size slow down the page load speed. Using PNG images can help in
maintaining the quality of the images while keeping them light in their size.

To attract the local audience, the showrooms of MG Motor in they cities can be listed using
Local Business Schema, besides the organisation schema.
