4.2 Load Combinations for DMG Analysis

Load Combinations for DMG Analysis are shown in Table 4.2 with a total of 16 combinations. The
number of combinations is half the number for other Inplace Analyses, because in the DMG
condition due to the FPSO static inclination, the vertical acceleration loads are components of the
gravity that is always downward, but never be uplift.

4.3 Load Case for Lifting Analysis

In the Lifting Analysis only the DRY weight loads are included, and only one load case is considered.
That is, a loading factor of 1.65 is applied to all DRY weight loads to account for effects of dynamic
amplification, COG mismatch, tilting etc.
