the outputs required for Modules 1-4 of this course.

own records.

ACTIVITY 2.
Study the Reading on Portfolios from the Glossary of Education Reform. Based on your reading, reflect on the following
questions and jot down your answers in your Study Notebook:
1. How will your Portfolio help you in tracking the progress of your teaching practice in your School’s LDM?
2. What evidence from the previous modules will help capture the progress of your teaching practice?
3. Why is writing down your reflections an integral part of your Portfolio?

ANSWER:
1. The portfolio help us in tracking the progress of my teaching practice is by knowing and identify the various
strategies on packing and unpacking the Most Essential Learning Competencies. We should consider this kind
of strategies for helping us manage our pupils progress and leaning competencies. The portfolio also guides us
on how we do our work and our task as a teacher, responsibilities of the parents and school facilitation on the
community.

2. The evidence from the previous modules will help capture the progress of the teaching practice are the
teaching learning strategies, how the Most Essential Learning Competencies reflect on the teachers teaching
materials. This procedure will help us to know, scan, and identify the different learning competencies for the
pupils to learn easier peace by peace for their improvement. From the previous modules, the following
evidences will help monitor my teaching practice:
A. Unpacking of MELCs
B. Learning Task for DL
C. WHLP
D. ILMP

3. The writing down of reflection is an integral part of my portfolio because these serves as my guidance and
my bases as the new normal on teaching strategies is still going and implemented.

ACTIVITY 3.
Familiarize yourself with the List of Suggested Evidence Form. Is the list of evidence enough to capture the
progress of your teaching practice? What other evidence can you think of that is relevant to the LDM
ANSWER:
- I think the other evidence that is relevant to the LDM is the Community involvement and stakeholder’s
cooperation. The community and stakeholders are also essential evidences that the LDM will work and
be effective to the pupils’ learning. The parents must aware about this case and protocols of the new
learning modalities and competencies. That is why the teacher – parents’ relationship must be in active.
