ANALYSIS
What do you feel? What do you think was the point of Catching, Checking and
Changing your feeling?
What was the reason why you had to reframe your thoughts?
pagkadismaya, at iba pa.

ABSTRACTION

BEFORE (my feelings during the  AFTER (my feelings right now)
pandemic/disaster)

Blessed kasi wala pang family  Mas Lalong happy kasi until now
nagkakasakit

APPLICATION
How can you apply your newfound knowledge to your daily life?
After going through the activity, I learned that the feelings that I CAUGHT could
be a double-edged sword because some of it would harm me like making me
sad or worse it could result in depression.

After a while, I CHECKED the feelings and realized that I could reframe these
feelings and decrease my negative thoughts.

And so I CHANGED my feelings into the following:
From being all negative with the pandemic and problems at home, I would tell
myself that every problem has a solution and sometimes it takes time to find the
right solution.
