 “Learn from Manish Malhotra” is an e-learning platform and completely an online course. No printed
course content would be provided.
 No live classes will be provided for the course, however the Company at its discretion may organize some
workshops or live classes which shall be intimated to the students with the date, time & Venue.
 The Company reserves the right to change the Nomenclature, syllabus, guidelines, duration or any other
aspect of the course at any time without any prior intimation.
 The expression of “Be My Student” is only to provide online knowledge to the enrolled students.
 The Program has been designed to be ideally completed in One Year from the date of first logged in or
joining whichever is earlier.
 A digitally signed Certificate will be issued only upon successful completion of the course.
 The medium of Instruction for the Course will be English.
 The Internship with Manish Malhotra Brand will be provided only to the students selected by Team
Manish Malhotra at its discretion and no objection/question will be entertained in this regard.
 The Course will include Video Lectures and Written content in PDF Format which cannot be downloaded.
The duration of videos and the written Content will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
 Fee can be paid by Demand Draft, A/c payee Cheque in favour of “NIFD Institute of Fashion Design
Limited” payable at Chandigarh, OR Online at the “learnfrommanishmalhotra.com” portal only.
 The Total Fee is inclusive of GST.
o Company has not authorized anyone to collect the fee in CASH on its behalf and owe no
responsibility for any payment made in cash.
 Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
 The Company reserves the right to revise the fee for fresh enrolment at its own discretion.
 The quality of transmitted Video Lectures received by you largely depends on the Speed of your internet
connection and configuration of your device, the company shall not entertain any complaint in this
connection.
 The Learn from Manish Malhotra Course is non-transferable.
 The Certificate will be issued on the Name in which you will register yourself, No request for
change/correction would be entertained at any stage.
 Any technical error will be rectified at the earliest but the Company shall not be responsible for technical
faults beyond its control.
 The course will automatically lapse or expire after the completion of 1 year from the date of enrollment
or first login whichever is earlier.
 Learn from Manish Malhotra is the intellectual property owned by NIFD Institute of Fashion Design
Limited and cannot be reproduced or copied.
 The enrollment entitles you to Login for this course for the personal use only, commercial use is strictly
prohibited.
 This is only an informative and Knowledge enhancing Certificate Course and is not a recognized Diploma
or Degree from any College/ University/ Government Institution.
 If you are under 18 years of age and enrolling for the course, it is deemed that you have sought
permission of your parent/ guardian to enroll for the same.
 This course is designed only for individual user.
 The Company does not provide any guarantee for the job or placements upon completion of the course.
 Company shall not be responsible for any commitment made on behalf of the company other than the

 Student and/or guardian concede that the terms and conditions mentioned herein would admit no
exception; and also waive all the legal or equitable rights that may run contrary to the present terms and
conditions.
 Any dispute or difference shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the
Courts/Tribunals/Forums at Chandigarh only.
