certificates update – Jetstar Melbourne/Japan/Singapore

Description / reason All internal certificates used in the production environment are
expiring on 28/01/2019 and need to be reissued to ensure system
continuity.

Impact (during change) The change will be performed afterhours and on a per-server basis
to minimise user disruption.
End users may experience up to 30 seconds of downtime whilst
their clients re-register to next available server during the
maintenance window.

- From the WebUI, click the settings tab. 2 X Engineers
- Navigate to Security > SBC Certificate > Sonus Certificate.
- Import and complete the setup.
- Verify the new certificate status.
