    Work to do while stoppage (Instrument Section)

    1. Cleaning of boiler house instruments cable trays (4 to 6 Hours).


    2. Boiler Pressure transmitters trimming, then boiler team should check safety valve setting
    (04 Hours).
    3. Cleaning of Boiler house VFDs (02 Hours).
    4. SEW VFD to install at Mill # 06 Farwal pump inplace of INVT VFD (01 Hour).
    5. Leakage removal from 02Nos. of exhaust line thermowell. Welder will be required for the job
    (01 Hour).
    6. Bagging chutes thorough cleaning (04 Hour).
    7. Leakage removal if any from boilers transmitters isolating valves (01 Hour).
    8. Steam flow compensation logic to be incorporated (02 Hour).
    9. Place Rubber pad under isolation transformer of process house DCS to mitigate vibration
    (20 Minute).
    10. Placement of FFE UPS on frame. (20 minute).
    11. Mill house VFD # 01 cleaning (01 Hour).
    12. Refine machine instruments cleaning (01 Hour).
