Types of employee record

 Basic Information: This include personal information such as name, date of


birth, emergency number and address.
 Hiring Documents: Many employees retain documents related to hiring
process including job description, employee application.
 Employee related Agreements:  Any aspect of the employment relationship
which is governed by an agreement between the parties, such as an
employment agreement, union contracts, and non-competition agreement.
 Compensation:  This category includes documents related to compensation
and benefits information, such as beneficiary forms, payroll records, and
time cards for prior years.

Task 2. Maintaining leaves and clear leave management

 Increases employee satisfaction and retention


 Creates policy consistency across the organization
 Ensures compliance with labor laws
 Reduces the number of management errors
 Increases productivity and efficiency (e.g., managers know when people are
leaving resulting in better work planning and labor orchestration)

 
Overview

During 2016 the company raised it production benchmarks with an ever


highest sona urea production of 2523 thousand thons on account of restore gas
operational supply and operational efficiency. The urea output surpassed last years
production by 54 thousand tonnes while contributing around 42% to the total
indigenous urea production during 2016 and an aggregate contribution of 54
million tonnes of inception of the company

HR Department of FFC

HR department is mainly overseeing the affairs related to Office Services and


Transport, Dining facilities to the employees, provision of security and
protection of company land, Product Loss Investigation, legal compliance,
Public Relations, CSR and Horticulture activities etc.
