Designation, Customer Relationship officer

Job Description.

 Young dynamic and enthusiastic Manager with experience in outbound


sales.

 Product Champion - Should have exposure in driving multiple financial


products. Ability to benchmark and train team members would be
preferred.

 Exposure to Tele-calling and out bound Sales Activity - Should be


capable of Planning, and Allotment of targets. Daily multi-product target
tracking of a team spread over large geographic location.

 MIS based tracking - Knowledge of SMP/MIS/CRM or Leaders app.


Exposure to Sales report preparation would be preferred.

 An individual willing to travel for branch visits. Should have good


Written/Oral communication skill in Marathi/Hindi/English.

 Individual traits - Should have good people handling skills. Ability to lead
by example, take initiative and overcome operational constraints to give
results.

 Education Qualification – Graduate (BAF/BCom/MBA).

 Work Experience – Minimum 2 year of team handling experience in


Banking/NBFC/financial sector. Team size handled – 10+.

 CTC – 3.5 to 4 lacs. Ready to join within 30 days of release of offer


letter.
