    The Indian Electricity Grid Code, 2010.

    ORDER

    The Commission had published draft of the Indian Electricity Grid Code, 2010 to
    invite comments/suggestions/objections from the stakeholders through public notice
    dated 12.2.2010.

    2. The views of the stakeholders received in response to the above public notice
    and during the public hearing on 15.3.2010, have been considered very carefully. We
    direct that the Indian Electricity Grid Code, 2010 as per the notification placed below be
    published in the Official Gazette to be applicable with effect from 3.5.2010.

    3. We shall separately, in due course of time, indicate our reasons for the
    decisions on the responses received.
