STRATEGIC PLAN to ADDRESS LEARNERS OUTSIDE the MUNICIPALITY

1. Use learners’ profile to know the information need such as


a. Name of parents/Guardians
b. Contact Numbers of Parents/Guardians
c. Grade and Section of the Learners
d. Class Adviser of the Learner
e. Address of the Learner
2. The class adviser communicates with the parents/guardians as to how the modules can be
delivered and retrieved
3. If parents cannot get the modules at the designated Drop Off Points, the class adviser will be the
one to deliver and retrieve the module following the IATF protocols
4. If the teacher/adviser is not available during the delivery and retrieval of the module, the school will
get assistance from the LGU
5. If the learners have access to internet, the soft copies of the modules will be sent to them through
messenger and in return the answered modules will be send by the learner to the messenger of the
class adviser.
6. For remediations and enrichment activities same process will be used – it could either be delivered
to them personally or through the internet,

DISINFECTION PLAN/PROTOCOL OF RETRIEVED MODULES

1. Retrieved modules should be placed on plastic envelopes with label


2. The retrieved modules on plastic envelopes should be placed inside each designated canister.
3. Teachers spray alcohol or wipe the canister and each plastic envelope with tissue wet with alcohol
4. Teachers can also wear gloves when handling the plastic envelopes of the retrieved modules.
5. Using of one’s own ballpen is a must.
6. All necessary precautions should be done to avoid virus transmission.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE GIFTED, TALENTED AND


WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

1. The SPED Coordinator – Mrs. Liberty L. Agustin studied the profile of each LSN as submitted by
their class advisers
2. Parents of the LSN will be given separate orientation on the new LDM-Modular Print
3. After assessment, LSN will be given remediation and enrichment activities through the use of
locally made Activity Sheets.
4. LSN’s performance will be recorded and analyzed by the SPED coordinator.
