1. Materials & resources: laptop, ,powerpoint, ESP book(Good Character Matters)
2. Begin with an entry question (how do you see yourself?) to hook students into considering the
understanding of talents, skills and capabilities, also the growth and development of each person.
3. Introduce the essential questions and discuss the culminating unit performance tasks.
4. Key vocabulary terms are introduced as needed by the various learning activities and performance tasks.
Students read and give ideas relevant selections from the ESP textbook to support the learning activities
and tasks.
5. Present concept attainment lesson on the Living My Adolescents Life.
6. Introduce the differences between the talent, skills and capabilities and also the stages of growthn and
development.
7. The learners shows their talents, skills and capabilities.
8. Show and discuss the video, Developmental Task Theory. Discuss the steps of growth and development.
9. Students listen to, and question.
10. Students respond to written prompt: Describe different characteristics of every individual from Birth to
Later maturity. (These are collected and graded by teacher.)
