Dear Sir,

With reference to the above cited letter, our quality team has reviewed the submitted third
party test reports of coarse aggregates, Shyam steel FE-500D and Jindal Panther steel FE-500D
jointly sampled and tested in Assam Engineering College, Guwahati.

The third party test reports of the Coarse aggregate are found meeting the requirements as
specified in the codes, accordingly the Source approval for the same is accorded.
The confirmatory test reports on steels which are from the approved source are also found in
order, hence, they can be incorporated in the permanent structural works.

Note: Quality control tests and their frequencies as per MoRTH section-900 specification shall
strictly be followed.

Any deviation observed during the execution with the said materials is the risk and cost of the
EPC Contractor.
