Coronavirus COVID-19 is a virus that can spread through direct and indirect contact. It originated from viruses like SARS and MERS and became known as COVID-19 in 2019. Most people infected experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without treatment, but every diagnosed case requires support and medical attention if symptoms worsen. Contact tracing for COVID-19 is important for identifying high-risk contacts and situations so the spread can be controlled. The webinar effectively taught the basics of contact tracing and how to differentiate between isolation for infected individuals and quarantine for contacts.

Contact tracing for covid-19 is more important because by this were able to identify high risk and critical situation on contacts and possible infected contact. We very fortunate to have webinar about this for the speaker lecturer Emily Gurley deliver topic smoothly that even spoon feeding. I was able to learn on how to contact trace on its basic thru different situation, having this each of us can make an effort to control the spread of this deadly disease.
