Premise: The educators are of course an integral element of the earning ecosystem.
And that is why it is important to familiarize them with present generation competencies
and skills so that students can experience the best of the technologies available now.

On point: Discuss some initiatives to organize such programs and training for teachers
of all level classes to help them make an impact on the present learning trends.

The best thing I can think of is staff training and development, remember
it isn’t just important to any institution, it is vital. Professional development
can help to ensure that you and your staff maintain and enhance the
knowledge and skills needed to deliver a professional service to your
colleagues and other stakeholders. Enabling staff to advance in their career
and move into new positions where you can lead, manage, influence, and
mentor others with the trends in the education system. Training and development can
help to ensure that your knowledge is relevant and up to date. Ensuring that you and
your staff are compliant with the latest regulations which transport knowledge to every
learner in the institution.

An article in the internet site shared that in a sense, teachers are students
throughout our lives. The moment we stop considering ourselves students, we cease to
be teachers. We need to keep on acquiring and updating knowledge of what we teach in
classrooms, periodically, keeping up with the changing world. These development and
updating bring in more efficient skills and self-development ideas, using time and
resources effectively and hence, help us understand better ways to teach. It's
an important commitment as a reflective teacher.

I’d like to remark that If my thoughts and opinion will put into consideration, I
would like school or institute to keep track of records of every teacher, apart from their
routine teaching, it can also be a barometer to assess to their development. It is a must
for teachers to have undergone some development in certain period of time ever since
they joined the profession in order to make better teaching-learning sessions for the
generations to come. That, I think would be some of my initiatives to help teachers in
learning new trends.

I know that as we embrace the new way of learning and as we face different
learning modalities, we educators experience many challenges in handling the teaching
–learning process. Today, teachers need to be on the e-learning platform to get them
accustomed to this revolutionary technology. For instance, online learning is a virtual
environment that gives access to all learning activities at the click of a mouse and students
in this age like to enjoy their space which they can do so through such e-learning facility.
In this context, teachers need to update themselves to adapt this situation and allow
students to go along, without any hindrance.

Remember, winds of change blowing from one decade to another, from one era to
another, bring new concepts to old theories and ideas. Believe that we can make a
difference in whatever situation we are.
