Recommendations
Plan a regular maintenance of filters
Some Partial discharged phenomenon were detected mainly on both IM Panel and two QM Panel
- IM1L : Phase 2&3 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
- QMTR1 : Phase 1&2 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
Phase 2&3 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
- QMTR2 : Phase 1&2 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
- IM2L : Phase 1&2 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
Phase 2&3 are impacted by low internal partial discharge
Phase 3&1 are impacted by major internal partial discharge
1. To do visual inspection on each cubicles are impacted partial discharge (IM1L, QMTR1, QMTR2, IM2L) with
shutdown
2. To do preventive maintenance on each cubicles are impacted partial discharge (IM1L, QMTR1, QMTR2, IM2L)
with shutdown. as for, scope of work for preventive maintenance are:
a. Cleaning each cubicles by using alcohol > 96 %
b. Greasing mechanical part and electrical part
c. To ensure the tighteness of main busbar connection by using torque wrench as standart determined
d. To ensure the tighteness of cable connection by using torque wrench as standart determined
e. To do insulation testing each cubicles to know critical level of insulation failure inside cubicles
f. To ensure anti condensation heater each cubicles work properly
