I. Objectives:
At the end of the discussion, the students will be able to:
1. Identify noun in the sentence.
2. Encircle noun in the sentence.
3. Appreciate the different objects around us.

B. Preparatory Activities
1. Presentation
Show to the pupil’s pictures of persons, places and thing.
2. Discussion
Discuss each phases of matter with the objects presented.
Throw questions to the pupils for them to keep on track
of the discussion.
3. Application
A. Individual Activity
Let the pupils identify the noun in the sentence.
B. Group Activity
Group the class into four and let them do the following activities.
Group 1- Encircle the noun in the sentence.
Group 2- Draw three (3) examples of noun.
Group 3 - Color the noun inside the box.
Group 4 - Arrange the pictures according to the type of noun it belongs.
4. Generalization:
Ask the pupils with the following questions:
What is noun?
What are examples of noun?
IV. Evaluation
Direction: Circle each noun inside the box.
1. The ice cream looks delicious.
2. I love to visit Cebu.
3. My mother is very hardworking.
4. The boy runs fast.
5. Joy loves to play piano.
V. Assignment
Bring five (5) pictures of Noun.
