In the first week, we will be covering how to structure your day and keep good routines
around your daily habits such as sleeping and eating.
We will also talk about the importance of having fun and making time for silliness in your
day. In the second half of the session, we will discuss how parents can help in
modelling some of these behaviours with their children, but also the importance of
taking care of their own wellbeing.
