EXCERPTS OF THE MINUTES OF HEALTH STANDRDS ORIENTATION OF SCHOOL


HEAD, TEACHERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AT SINAYAWAN CENTRAL SCHOOL,
VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON ON JULY 13, 2020.

CALL TO ORDER:
MERLIE S. ABECIA, ESP-II called the Minimum Health Standards Orientation to order at
9:00 AM in the morning and BENES H. DOPITILLO recorded the minutes.

A Quorum of School head, personnel and staff were present and, the orientation having been
duly convened, was ready to proceed with business.

REMARKS
Rationale Mrs. Merlie S. Abecia talked about the statement of purpose of
the orientation on the required health standards for DEped
MERLIE S. ABECIA
ESP-II personnel. During her speech, she told that this orientation aims
to equip the DepEd personnel in the implementation of DepEd
required Health Standards and to ensure observance of Health
and safety protocols against COVID-19 in their workplace and
in schools. She emphasized that the health and safety of
learners and teaching and non-teaching personnel are of utmost
importance and must be protected at all times.
Understanding COVID- Ms. Erluz V. Uy discussed about the COVID-19, signs and

symptoms, modes of transmission, appropriate protection and
preventive measure, and response measures frontline
responders.

ADJOURNMENT:
The group discussion adjourned at exactly 11:30 AM in the morning every July 3,
