a) Badminton
Motivations are useful for a pleasurable and good play. Badminton is play in
match form. The important insight is that playing badminton is a tactical game.
The game is being play by looking at the places of the counterparty on court, be
it a doubles play, a mixed play or a singles play.
Badminton aims to help you improve your badminton skills, knowledge and
overall game! Whether you are a player, coach, or just a badminton enthusiast,
we will help you gain added insight into the world of badminton.
b) Volleyball
Playing the game of volleyball will provide you with confidence that you
need during your daily life. Once you get started with the sport of
volleyball, you'll have to learn basic skills such as serving, setting, blocking,
digging, passing, hitting and many others
When playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders,
thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-
eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Finally yet importantly, volleyball
teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.
c) Table tennis
increasing your heart rate, thus helping to keep your heart strong and
healthy. As well as being a fantastic physical work out, table tennis is also
a great mental work out.
d) Basketball
