on, Emirates Steel ‘Safe Control of Work’ processes and procedures, for instance:
4 Permit to Work, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Job Method Statements (JMSs),
Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Working at Height, Excavations, Lifting and
Rigging, PPE, Electrical Safety, etc.

How will you ensure that the appropriate members of your staff (and the staff of
5 your Sub-Contractors) will be adequately trained/instructed on these procedures,
for them to be able to exercise their related roles and responsibilities?

How will you ensure that all your staff (and the staff of your Sub-Contractors)
assigned to the execution of this work/service will be fully informed about the

Emirates Steel Life Saving Rules and the potential consequences of non-
compliance? – and that their understanding of these rules has been validated?

What risk mitigation processes will you deploy (integral with those of Emirates
7 Steel) to either eliminate the identified risks and hazards related to the Scope of
Work, or at least reduce these risks to a minimal/manageable level?

What HSE performance management processes will you use for the execution of
this work/service (integral with those of Emirates Steel)? And to what extent? –

Close-out of Arising Corrective Actions, etc.

What meeting structure and functionality will you deploy related to HSE
