Job description:
The selected candidate will have an important and challenging role to develop and foster the business
relationship between the Company and its Project Clients. Prepare and execute on commercial offering with
current and new Customers. Further improve Company’s position, brand perception and market share in
this segment. Main goal of this position is to consult decision makers (designers and engineering companies
as well as investors and construction companies) and specifies as to profile the Company as a partner of
choice.

Responsibility:
• Acquisition and maintaining of project clients
• Categorizing the clients according to potential and decision-making power
• Build up Customer database for Project clients in territory and follow-up on contacts and leads
• Determining frequency of contacts / 1to1 visits
• Support Specification process and provide submittal documentation
• Provide samples for Mock Up Rooms and ensure clients are equipped with marketing collateral
• Coordinate with regional wholesalers to provide commercial offers
• Define needs of customers, product gaps, and inform management about the market specific
requirements and potentials
• Launch new products, carry out trainings and seminars
• Ensure wholesalers submit the matching complementary products as a whole package offer
• Coordinate activities with Marketing manager; Support and take part in/carry out events
• Screen project market
• Generate leads; Follow up with involved parties and decision makers (system sales operations)
• Create link between wholesalers and investors
• Support the international project organization and strategy
• Build up project and customer database for the territory
• Evaluate and categorize the clients according to their potential
• Observe the market and benchmark competition on products, prizes, marketing tools etc.

Requirements:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in similar business experience (preferably in Project Management)
• MS Office proficiency (Excel is essential); AutoCAD and MS Project (is an advantage)
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Active driver (B category); Readiness for fieldwork and business trips within the region
