Receiving and QC

Assemble Area
• Receive PDA from TL.
o Check Battery and condition of PDA.
o If Damage report to Supervisor.
o If in Good Condition Directly login by IDP.
o Follow the assigned task by supervisor / Team leader.
• Receive Totes codes
o Totes code must take care well and if found on floor will charge to Operator.
• QC Area Receiving.
o While shift start must receive Floor on good condition.
o FIFO must be followed from start of the shift.
o Clean floor
• Collect Trolley and Jack Pallet to start QC.
o Double or Wrong Barcode found on product will penalize.
o Barcode found on floor will charge to operator.
• Receiving tasks from Supervisor / Team leaders.
o At the assemble point must receive your task from direct reporting person.
o Collect your Tools according to your task.
o If there is unavailability of tools or tasks must talk to Supervisor to change task.

Putaway:
• Open WMS super and login via IDP in the PDA.
• Put-away Operator: Responsible for putting the material and perform activities in PDA.
• Put away operator to check for totes/trolleys with product in put away staging area or start Job as
instructed by Team Leader.
• Open WMS app and scan QR code generated from the link (https://auth.noon.team/qr ) for login
• Select Put-away Job in APP. Ensure right warehouse is logged on.
• Scan the TOTE ID for put away.
• Go to the storage zone as per the Put-away type, following area belongs to for various kind of Jobs
• Scan the Items and put in the scanned location until shelves are utilized. Product PAN will show
following-
• CURRENT- Items scanned; REMAINING- Items which are not scanned; COMPLETE- Item which are
already put in location.
• If wrong item is scanned, the item entry will show error. To remove unidentified item, click on cross and
rescan the wrong barcode.
• Transfer small quantities from Level 2 and 1 to ground locations and arrange spaces as well.
• Stock must be well arranged after adding and removing stocks from locations to avoid any damages.
• Any damage while put away or item without barcode found on location will be penalized.
• Consolidate stocks if already having same in other locations while putaway.
