Briefly summarize the results from executing your action plan. What happened? What were your successes,
surprises, obstacles, or lessons learned, if any?
My college planned for hill station visit to study about the tribe people and their culture. I was leading my classmates.
Students were divided into different teams. I was the one leading all the team. There was disputes among team.
Each team member came up with different issues. I used the technique i learned here to handle secondhand stress. I
tried to scan my team stress and tried my best to solve them. Many time i get stress because of various personal
issues. Now i started to identify the pattern. So i was able to understand what situation makes me trigger.

As a result of your experience applying this skill in your workplace, what might you do differently going
forward? What will you continue doing?
All the skills and technique i learned in this course came handy to solve many problems. The course was very useful.
I will make the things i learned here as my routine. I keep applying the things i learned here in my workplace.
