Bina Bina Rekayasa Anugrah was established as a solution provider

for every challenge and needs in Engineering, Procurement, and

Rekayasa Construction by applying knowledge, scientific methods, and

Anugrah cutting-edge technology with utmost precision, collaborating with

local and international engineering, construction, and manufac-

ture consultant firm and institutions.

We cooperate with government institutions and corporations

alike to fulfill requirements for some wide assortments of projects

including industrial, oil & gas, infrastructures, even to residential

projects. We maintain focus towards achieving customer satisfac-

Bina Rekayasa Anugrah was established based on

Deed of Incorporation No. 18 and Decree from the

Ministry of Justice of Indonesia No.

AHU-0053442.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2017, as a

full-fledged corporation with business activities

including Engineering, Procurement, and

Construction.

Experience and expertise in those fields are applied

into developing a system which regulates process of

designing, managing, and executing projects dynami-

cally, effectively, and efficiently through utilization of

technological developments over aspects of construc-

tion up to information which have been several key

factors towards an ideal project management.

Master Planning is a critical aspect of many design and construction projects,

especially those that will have a significant long-term impact on the institution

or facility where the work is being done. Master Planning from Bina Rekayasa

Anugrah creates a unified and consistent vision for your projects and sets the

standard framework to realize your vision.

On master planning, we focus on creating an effective plan, both cost-effec-

tiveness and high in efficiency. First, we discuss your ideas, vision, and needs.

Then, we evaluate functionality requirements. After that, we develop the site

and floor plans, and a detailed scope of work that outlines construction

methods and materials. Then we determine the budget needed to make the

plan into fruition.

Bina Rekayasa Anugrah provides the management of the design development

and the documentation required to deliver the masterplan and final costings

for each project, the concept design through the engagement of specialist

master planning and design consultants to deliver the project scope, initial

financial feasibility to ensure that the concept can be delivered within the

desired project allocated budgets, and approval through the required authori-

ties to enable the project to move to more detailed design phases.

Every process will be lead by a project team to monitor, co-ordinate, and

deliver the required design packages and authority approvals in the required

time frames to ensure that the prefabrication and construction divisions can

commence construction in the shortest amount of time.
