Pipe Water Installation on Building Area

Reference 9750-CVL-SPC-009 – Specification for Building

Concern:

Pipe water supply and sewage water installation not as per common standard and not mentioned it on
the specification.
Company rejected that installation and request Contractor to rectify.

To rectify that Pipe installation Contractor or Sub Contractor must follow the minimum requirement
below:

- The Excavation should be proper and clean to the right elevation

- Proper Sand bedding layering with correct thickness
- Proper routing of pipe with Slopping and no overlapping of each line
- Proper covering with sand filling of pipe before back filling.
