- Missing the Anchor Box on Pedestal Pump station 2 (after pouring concrete)
- Mistake the tittle/subject of RFI

Non-Conformity Found:
There is no anchor box on pump station 02 after pouring concrete due to the box has been buried by concrete.
The level top of concrete was not complying with doc no. FCN 9750-CVL-FCN-0033. Detail see the below picture.
Also, there is mistake of the subject inspection between actual inspection and notification (RFI no. 9750 – QC –
RFI – BCI – 00224).
