FACULTY MEETING
April 16, 2021, 8:30 am

The meeting was started by a prayer led by Maam Janyl M. Renon. It was then presided by the school
principal Maam Cherry M. Fajagutana. The following agenda was discussed:

Agenda:

Part I. Staff Meeting


1. Work Week Plan. There is no new memorandum regarding our workweek plan. We will follow the
previous schedule. There will be three (3) days skeletal workforce and two (2) days work from
home.
2. Local Arrangement (Work from Home). Please ask permission to the school head whenever you
go transact somewhere else. Please refrain from going outside South Cotabato (e.g. GSIS in
General Santos City).
3. Skeletal Work Force. Please complete the entries in the logbook and DTR.
4. Official Time. Before 7:30 am all teachers must be already in. If you have extra time, you can clean
your surroundings, do your classroom structuring, etc.
5. Coordinator ship. Ancillary Services is a must for the Plus Factor in the RPMS. Memorandum for
school coordinatorship for School Year 2020-2021 were given to the assigned person.
6. Project Proposal. Last year 2020, the SEF project was used to purchase printers. Before SEF were
equally distributed per schools, but now is PER CAPITA (depends on the number of enrolment).
The budget for this School Year is Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 90,000.00). The project proposal
must be given with Program of Works. Pricelist should be based on the one given by the
Municipality.

The body approved the proposed project of building covered path walk with benches. The surplus
of the materials will be used to deconstruct/construct the bodega located in between Maam
Glenda and Sir Kapid’s classroom.
7. Kabugwason Fund. The utilization plan was changed, wherein, the following priority needs are
included, to wit: a) the repair and maintenance of water supply,
b) the repair and maintenance of printers,
c) materials for SLM printing, and
d) travel expense for the purchase of SLM materials.

1st Tranche : Php 30,000.00, Balance remaining: Php 2,000.00

Labor Payroll Service Contract (Utility) Php 2,000.00 per month


8. MOOE. The School’s MOOE for the 1st quarter was fully utilized to wit:
a) the salary of encoder (3 months) . . . . . . . . . . .
b) the salary of watchman (3 months) . . . . . . . . .
c) electricity . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
d) supplies . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

f) printing of tarpaulin for transparency board Php
9. Distribution of Health Kits. Health Kits consist of one (1) toothbrush, one (1) toothpaste, one (1)
towel.
10. Survey Form.
11. Distribution of Milo Powdered Drink. The feeding program provided 200 pcs of Milo Powdered
Drink. The body agreed that the recipient will be all pupils enrolled in Kinder II, Grade One and
Grade Two.

Part II. Association Meeting with Sir Richard


1. To address the problem on grasses/weeds, Sir Richard proposed to plant Tanglad on the vacant
land for it to be productive. The body approved of it.
2. The teachers will contribute One Fifty Pesos (Php 150.00) for the purchase of binhi.
3. To address the problem on goats , carabao, and cow grazing on the school grounds, the body
approved of having it rented at a rate of P5,000.00 per year.

Part III. IPCRF MID-YEAR REVIEW


1. As of now, all the teachers complied with 1 st, 2nd, and 3rd objective.
2. Teachers should revise the DLL to comply the requirements on Objective 4.
3. Objective 9, there is a need to provide for home visitation template.
4. Development needs. Action plan on development needs. With objectives and intervention.

Part IV. LAC SESSION


1. Video Lesson of Sir Nolly Mangcot was shown using the Led Tv.
2. Video Lesson of Maam Ashia Mangcot was shown using the Led Tv.
3. Video Lesson of Maam Anise Gamboa was shown using the Led Tv.
