Before calibration air valve should be opened and confirm air pressure on air regulator pressure guage
mounted near Amot Valve Actuator.Regulator outlet air pressure shoule be min 4.0bar.

1. First Remove wire 2(+) and 10(-) from X106 Terminal in BJA Panel.
2. Connect +ve with 2 and –ve with 10 of Process Calibrate 754 or mA Source meter.
3. Select mA Source on Process calibrator or mA Source meter.
4. Remove the access plug.
5. Cam direction should be CCW.
6. Give 4 mA to Amot Valve IP convertor.
7. Rotate the zero adjusting screw until the actuator just begins to move. Turning the adjusting screw
clockwise raises the start value.
8. After adjustment, insert the access plug again.

Span Adjustment
1. Remove the cover from the positioner to access the knurled range Adjuster ring

2. Give 20 mA to Amot Valve IP convertor.

3. If the actuator does not reach its final position, rotate the knurled range adjusting ring in an anti-
clockwise direction until the full stroke position is reached.
4. Turning the knurled range adjusting ring clockwise reduces the range. Anti-clockwise increases the
range.
5. After range adjustment is complete, check the zero position and adjust if necessory
6. Finaly apply
