In relation to the 5 (Five) Units Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Crane at Terminal
Petikemas Makassar and Terminal Petikemas Bitung at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV
(Persero). Evaluation results for Tender already released by number
9/LP.001/45/PI.IV-2019 and will attachment with this letter. So please make better
again technical document for this tender from Seyang according to the results of
the evaluation of Pelindo 4 as follows below:

1. Point A about Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Crane Refurbishment Method, and
repair / installation of electrical components to be implemented according to
FEM, IEC, OSHA or Standard standards others that are internationally known,
including technical specifications and the number of components to be installed /
used;.
2. Point B Methode commisioning and testing (CT)
3. Point CTraiing Methode
4. Point E Time schedule for the implementation of the Rubber Tyred Gantry
Refurbishment(RTG) Crane starting from the preparation stage to the equipment
ready to be handed over / operated (First Handover) in the form of Network
Planning / Bartchart / S-Curve. (Following Schedule in Anwijzing Result)
