Corrected Volvo Coolant VCS info

Corrected Volvo Coolant VCS info

Concerns:
Trucks built before week 537 with D6B, D7C, D9A, D12D/F, D13A & D16C.

Problem:
Volvo Coolant VCS MUST NOT be blended with other coolants or to be used in a vehicle
where Volvo Coolant has been used.
The first release of service information regarding Volvo Coolant VCS contained faulty
information.
It is NOT possible to use Volvo Coolant VCS in vehicles produced before week 537.

Updated information:
This is not valid for FH16 with D16C where a PSI has been distributed for S0628.
All D16C must use the new Volvo Coolant VCS.
The D16C engine is from production start built to use Volvo Coolant VCS with regards to
rubber qualities in the cooling system.
It is very important to follow the rinsing process to eliminate any residuals of the old
type of coolant.

Reason:
There have been indications that if a very small amount of the previous used Volvo
Coolant is left in the system it will be "aggressive" to metals within the cooling system.
If there are residuals of the old Volvo Coolant, it will also be a risk that the additive
package in the new coolant (VCS) will be "used up" already in the beginning of the
service life and therefore not give sufficient protection against corrosion and cavitation.
