EXTRA-JUDICIAL ADJUDICATION OF PROPERTY

WITH SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this EXTRAJUDICIAL ADJUDICATION is made and entered

into by and between: HADJI MAKMOD MANAN, HADJI GUIARIA MANAN
TALAPAS, HADJI ABDULATIP MANAN and HADJI PENDI MANAN, all
Filipinos, of legal age and residents of Palimbang, Sultan
Kudarat, Philippines, do hereby;

DECLARE and MAKE MANIFEST

That they are the sole surviving heirs of late MANAN SALIK
who died intestate at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, they, being his
surviving children;
That at the time of his death, their deceased father left
real property, which is more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
“A parcel of land designated as lot no. 306,
Cad-153, situated at Maguid, Palimbang, Sultan
Kudarat, containing an area of 8.1221 hectares,
bounded on the North, Port. Of Lot 305; on the East,
by road; on the South, Port, by road; and on the
West, by Lot 307; which parcel of land is covered by
Original Certificate of Title No. T-1226; and is
assessed under R.P. No. 00054 and Property Index No.
071-09-029-02-027 of the Office of the Municipal
assessor, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat in the name of
MANAN SALIK.”

That no personal properties are involved in this

Extrajudicial Adjudication:
That to the best of their knowledge and information their
late father left no debts;
That they, being all of legal age and with full civil
capacity to contract, hereby agree to divide and adjudicate the
aforementioned real property among themselves in equal and
proportionate shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court, they, as children of late MANAN SALIK, now being
the heirs, hereby adjudicate unto themselves the above-mentioned
parcel of land in equal and proportionate shares.

SALE

That heir HADJI PENDI MANAN, married to Hadji Sulama A.

Manan, has agreed to SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY his share on the
above-described parcel of land, together with all his rights,
interests and participation over the above-mentioned parcel of
land including all of the improvements existing thereon unto and
in favor of his co-heir HADJI ABDULATIP MANAN, his heirs,
executors, successors and assigns;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY

FIVE THOUSAND (P45,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of
which in full is hereby acknowledged by heir VENDOR HADJI PENDI
MANAN to his entire satisfaction, he, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER
AND CONVEY his share on the above-described parcel of land,
together with all his rights, interests and participation over
the above-mentioned parcel of land including all of the
improvements existing thereon to the VENDEE, his co-heir, HADJI
ABDULATIP MANAN, his heirs, executors, successors and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents are signed by themselves

on this 19th day of June 2006, at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat.
