How To Make A Chicken Sandwich


The ingredients of Chicken Sandwich Spread Recipe is very easy and readily available in any grocery stores.
Firstly, I am using a boneless chicken breast. I prefer this chicken since it is easy to shred them into pieces. Secondly, I am using
onion as my herb. When boiling my chicken, I put the onion together to have a nice flavor.
Thirdly, I am using mayonnaise and condensed milk. The reason why I like to use condensed milk is that it will help give a sweet taste
of the chicken but not too sweet. As I said before, In the Philippines, most of their foods are sweet and salty, so it is not surprising when they are
using condensed milk in their dishes. If you don't like to use condensed milk, you can
replace it with more mayonnaise and sugar.
Lastly, you will need salt and black pepper to season your chicken spread.

Disorders of the Circulatory System


The circulatory system, just like the nervous system is one of the most important systems in the human body. Many deaths and grave
illnesses are caused when the circulatory system is not functioning normally. Here are several disorders of the circulatory system.
High-blood pressure or hypertension is characterized by a sudden rise in blood pressure. The person usually feels a terrible
headache, a pain in the neck, dizziness and at times, sweating. This condition can result to the rupture of blood vessels.
Anemia is caused by the decrease in the amount of hemoglobin in the red blood cells. This condition is due to iron deficiency.
Leukemia occurs when the white blood cells become abnormally great in number.
Heart attack may occur when a blood clot or fat gets lodged along the bloodstream. This blocks the passage of the blood to the heart,
thus preventing the heart from getting enough blood.
Arteriosclerosis is a condition characterized by a reduction in blood flow. It is caused by fat or cholesterol deposited on the arterial
wall.
Rheumatic heart fever is a complication of a throat infection. It is caused by certain strains of Streptococcus bacteria.
Palpitation or Irregular heartbeats are a condition that may be brought about by tension, disease, or harmful changes.
People will need to pay more attention in creating a healthier lifestyle in order to keep their circulatory systems functioning perfectly.
Knowing how life threatening these disorders are, should be enough to motivate people into being the healthier versions of themselves.
