It is time to take a deep breath. We have made it to Winter

Break. Over the next two weeks I really hope that Loy
Norrix students and staff find some peace and relaxation.
If you are celebrating any holidays, I hope they are
enjoyable. If you are just taking a break from our virtual
world, please make it the best break possible. It is so
important for all of us to build in times away from work,
homework and projects and just breathe. Don’t worry –
virtual school will be back with us on January 4th at 9:00am
sharp. Take good care Knights!

Thanks to all who donated to the Loy

Norrix Food Drive and Peacejam, Class of 2021 and
National Honor Society who supported this event. The
Food Baskets will be delivered to Norrix families and
Interfaith Apartments this coming Thursday at noon. Kids
from pre-school to 8th graders at the apartments will be
getting a gift of books and a treat bag of candy.

The wrapping of the books and food items were donated by

community members, staff and our Norrix students BUT will
be delivered by staff members.

 Travel Club 2020-2021
Travel Club will be holding a zoom meeting in
January for all travelers signed on for our 3 trips of
2021 and any potential new travelers who would
like to join.
While travel will only happen if allowed, we are
optimistic that our adventures will go forth. In
addition we are highlighting the trip for 2022 - Paris,
the Normandy Coast and London. Watch for details
and join us.

softball this spring?
Winter conditioning is here! Normally
we would be starting another "conditioning
challenge" this time of year, but because of the
pandemic we will be entirely virtual again this time.
Players, please visit loynorrixsoftball.weebly.com to
see the Winter workout plan and share with
anyone who may be interested. If you are
interested in forming a virtual workout group with
some other players, please let me know!
Believe it or not, the season is scheduled to start in
about 15 weeks! Try to get at least two workouts in
each week between now and then to get in shape
for the season. And let me know if you have any
