SOCO: Bangkay ng dalagita natagpuang nakatali sa puno ng mangga

Ayon sa imbestigasyon, posibleng nagkaroon ng oportunidad ang salarin nang magpunta si Artemio sa
naturang salu-salo at naiwang mag-isa sa bahay si Princess.

“Nakita niyang nag-iisa ‘yung biktima at nanonood ng TV. Dahil sa layo ng ginaganapang party at nag-iisa

NABUA, Camarines Sur – Inaresto ng pulisya nitong Martes ang chairperson ng Gabriela Bicol na si
Jenelyn Nagrampa sa San Isidro, Poblacion sa bayang ito dahil sa kasong may kaugnayan sa pagpatay. 

Isang arrest warrant ang nilabas ni Judge Jeaneth San Joaquin ng Regional Trial Court Branch 56 ng
Libmanan noong Hunyo 23 laban kay Nagrampa. Ito ay may kinalaman sa nangyaring engkuwentro sa
Barangay Salvacion sa bayan ng Ragay noong Mayo 13, 2018, kung saan dalawang sundalo ang
namatay. 

"Nagulat siya, dahil ang expectation niya diumano ay sumagot daw siya sa nasabing kaso nung ito ay
nasa piskalya pa dahil binigyan sila ng pagkakataon na sagutin ang nasabing demanda. At nagulat sila
bakit nagkaroon pa rin ng warrant of arrest," ayon kay Police Major Ronnie Fabia, hepe ng Nabua Police.

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – A 19-year-old Letran student was rescued from


kidnappers demanding P30 million, the Philippine National Police (PNP) announced in a
briefing on Monday, August 6.
The victim, who refused to be named, was rescued last Friday, August 3, found squirming in a
small room with his eyes covered and wrists tied with duct tape.

Maguindanao village exec wanted for murder nabbed.

MATANOG, Maguindanao – Local policemen arrested before dawn Tuesday a village official facing
murder charges.

Maj. Esmael Madin, head of police’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Maguindanao,
identified the village official as Jamal Macapaar, chairperson of Barangay Bugasan Sur in this mountain
town.

Madin said Macapaar was nabbed during the implementation of “Oplan Paglalansag Omega” in the
province.

The village official was arrested at 5 a.m. in his house in Barangay Bugasan based on a search warrant
issued by acting Judge Angelito Rasalan, Municipal Circuit Trial Court – South Upi for violation of
Republic Act 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms).

Brutal murder of 16-year-old church server Christine Silawan shocks Philippines


Manila: Officials have condemned the gruesome slaying of a 16-year-old girl in Lapu-Lapu City in Central

Philippines’s Cebu and have urged authorities to swiftly bring the killers to justice.

Christine Silawan was last seen collecting donations during Sunday mass service at the local parish in

Bangkal village, the following day her remains was found dumped at a vacant lot.

Reports reaching Manila said Silawan’s body bore marks of multiple knife wounds.

The Philippines’ Commission on Human Rights (CHR) was aghast over the apparent brutality of the

slaying.

“No one deserves to suffer from such violence, especially when the victim is an innocent child. This act

desecrates human dignity and must be punished,” Atty. Jacqueline Ann de Guia, CHR spokesperson, said

in a statement on the rape-slay.

Malabon City. “SOCO” reenacts the events of May 6, 2019, leading to the death of Christian “Heart”
Pontanes, through the narrative of the witnesses of the incident. The program presents the medico-legal
report showing multiple stab wounds to the neck and body which caused the death of “Heart.” Potential
witnesses recall the day of the murder and point to out two men covered with blood fleeing the crime
scene. Authorities conducted a follow-up operation and identified the suspects as Reynily Curag and
Johndel Altar. A mobile phone, left by the suspects, which contains a video of the crime committed,
strengthens the case against Curag and Altar. Authorities charged them with murder.

house owner, shares how they found their tenant “Sheryl” dead inside her room. The program
gives information and details about the investigation at the crime scene. The suspect, Reynald
Gamba, is arrested six years after the incident, and is charged with rape with homicide. Gamba
maintains that he did not rape the victim, revealing his hidden romantic relationship with her.

Wanted sa kasong frustrated murder, inaresto sa El Nido.

EL NIDO, Palawan — Isang magsasaka na may warrant of arrest ang inaresto ng mga operatiba ng
pulisya dito noong araw ng Linggo (June 28) ng hapon sa Sitio Taberna, Barangay Barotuan dahil sa
hinaharap nitong kasong frustrated murder.
Kinilala ng pulisya ang suspek na si Rosellier dela Peña Flores, 21, na nakatira rin sa naturang barangay.
Ayon kay El Nido acting chief P/Major Bronson Carampto, ang suspek ay isa sa mga “most wanted
person” na nasa listahan ng pulisya.
Ang suspek ay may warrant of arrest na ipinalabas at pirmado ni Judge Emmanuel Artazo ng korte sa
bayan ng Taytay, Branch 14FC. Kasalukuyan itong nasa pangangalaga ngayon ng pulisya sa El Nido upang
haharapin ang kanyang kaso sa takdang panahon.
Police capture suspect in Surigao del Sur radioman murder

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 25) — Authorities arrested on Monday the suspect in the
murder of Surigao del Sur radioman Christopher “Chris Rapido” Lozada.

The suspect was identified as Rolly Mahilum, and was captured at Barangay San Vicente 2, Tagbina,
Surigao del Sur by the provincial police.

Lozada was an anchor and the operations manager at DXBF Prime Broadcasting Network. He
was gunned down in October, 2017.

His companion that day, Honey Faith Toyco, survived the shooting and positively identified the suspect.
Toyco is now under the Witness Protection Program of the Department of Justice.

“Even at this time of national emergency, our law enforcers are still relentlessly pursuing suspects in
cases of violence against media workers. We commend the continuing efforts of the Philippine National
Police in bringing to justice these fugitives from the law,” said Presidential Communications Operations
Office Secretary Martin M. Andanar.

29-year-old nabbed for blackmail, sexual harassment of 11-year-old

A 29-year-old man was arrested by the Philippine National Police (PNP) in San Rafael, Bulacan for the
blackmail and sexual harassment of an 11-year-old girl through social media.

According to John Consulta’s exclusive report on “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday, Harold Duran created a
fake social media account posing as a young boy to attract the victim.
Social media post of suspect in Jang Lucero murder case stormed by comments

A social media post of one of the suspects in the brutal killing of Jang Lucero was stormed by mixed
reactions from netizens.

The Facebook post of Ann Sheila Montes Belarmino was dated June 29, a day after the crime happened.

Belarmino shared a post about the killing of the 34-year-old female driver and captioned it with a crying
emoticon.
