QUOTATION FOR THE RENOVATION OF AFWWA SHOP AT AIR FORCE STATION

AREA TO BE RENOVATED 1992 Sft

SCOPE OF WORK
 Making structure changes such as removing making opening as per design ,constructing porch
(218 sft) & new walls for storage area & try room as per design.
 Two leveled false ceiling of gypsum board as per design will be done by M E S .
 Vitrified tile work (2’ x2’) in shop floor area will be done by M E S .
 Providing and fixing display cabinets made out of ¾ “ ply ,finished with laminate with
glass shelves For display and hanging area for apparels, storage cabinets in grocery store
as per design. Display cabinets in corridor areas for gift items & jewelry (Approx. 2200 sft)
 Providing and fixing two leveled gondolas (5 no.s) for central display as per design.
 Providing and fixing cash counter with provision for drawers and computers and finished with
laminates and colour scheme as per design.
 Constructing the try room as per design and finished with mirrors on three side .
 Painting and finishing with acrylic emulsion as per colour scheme and texture paint in certain areas
like behind the cash counter , try room ,pillars ,etc..
 Providing and fixing mirrors at appropriate locations as per scheme .
 Electrical work such as electrical lighting , switches wiring , A.C provisions to be done by M E S .
 Glass doors ,fixed glasses in windows or any other glass work will be done by MES .
 Any existing material which can be used such as existing cabinets etc. will be used in storage area.
 Providing & fixing 7 no. glow sign board out side shop.

NOTES:-
 These rates includes All taxes applicable, designing & executing the said work.
 For Any change in specification rates will be decided mutually.
 We will be totally responsible for structural stability of existing building while we make
Structural changes as per drawing .
 Work will be done in co-ordination with M.E.S. , any delay in their work can delay
the completion time .

MODE OF PAYMENT
 Advance at start of work 50% of total amount
 During finishing 40% of total amount
 After completion 10 % of total amount

TIME SCHEDULE
 Total completion of work will be within 60 days
