C. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
Here are the problems encountered by the Senior High School before the resumption of classes.
- SLMs for SHS are not complete. Teachers are task to make necessary ways in order to print SLMs. Handouts were
given to students for the meantime until SLM or LAS are available. Some teachers are asked to make LAS for their
subject handled that jibes with MELC.
- Poor connection and no-load allowance. Some students are not yet fully aware of the modular digital mode of
delivery

- Technical issues such as internet access, poor signal and technological literacy has been encountered by the learners
Brief Description:
This project aims to transformed the modality of the SHS learners from Modular Printed DL to Modular Digital
DL by second quarter. Digital means modules (e-modules) are saved in USB/flash drives, CDs, OTGs or uploaded in the
school LR Portal, Google Classroom or any means suited in the context of students. To be able to access the content of
these materials, laptops, computers or tablets are needed. The e-copy of the learning modules like interactive and inclusive
e-books, courseware and other offline content formats are provided. This will be both beneficial for teachers and parents.
Parents are no longer will go to school to get module on schedule basis; they can save money for transportation and time;
and minimized the risk of exposure from COVID 19. Proper orientation to both parents and learners should be conducted.
The teacher takes the responsibility of monitoring the progress of the learners. The learners may ask assistance
from the teacher via email, telephone, text message/instant messaging, etc. Where possible, the teacher shall do home visits
to learners needing remediation or assistance. Any member of the family or other stakeholder in the community need to
serve as para-teachers
