ACR CHANNELS: AMC OFFICERS

1, Reference Para 3.1 of AO 1/2010/DGMS and rhis Dte Gen tetter No 15013/ACR/Channel/2009/DGMS-1A
dated 28 May 2009.

2 ACR channels for AMC officers serving in units under control of DGMS (Army) have been revised with
a view to simplify, rationalize and to remove ambiguities/ incongruencies so that srmilar appts have identical
channels of reporting thereby reducing multiple channels in vogue, A copy of the revised channel is att as
appendix.

3. The revised channels are based on the recommendations of study conducted at this Dte Gen by a Board
of Offrs. The channels berng generic in nature and broad based cover all existing appts in
varioLrs units/ests

4. High-lights of revised channels of reporttng are as under:-.

(a) MG (Med) Comd brought in the channel of reporting in respect of AH (R&R), Comd Hospitals and
I\'lH (ClC) Pune.

(b) Separate channel of reporting incorporated tor Base Hosprtal Delhi Cantt and MH (CTC) keeping in
view the rank of Comdt of Hosp,

(c) Channel of Reporting rn respect of Col (Hlth) in Area He amended.

(d) Channel ot Reporting in respect of MDTC/OnFotogy Centres amended (Ser No 91 of CoR Booklet)

(e) Channel of Reporting in respect of DcG FI AHe amended (Ser No 73 of CoR Booklet)

5 PCR endorsement: PCR is to be endorsed by Sr Adv providinE Sr Adv cover as hitheitofore. However
it has been ensured that no offr will be reported upon by the same superior offr more than twice inclusive of pCR.

6, The ACR Channels would be broLrght ioto etfect immediately and would apply to all CRs being initiated on
or olter 01 lun 2012 and it is requested that the channels of reporting are expeditiously dissemin;ted down to
unit level at the earliest.
